Terms of Service

By accessing or using DevLens Premium products, sites, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence in Canada to use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Prices are in CAD and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. By submitting a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for fees and taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with your plan terms.

We offer 30-day returns for physical goods in like-new condition. Software and digital licenses are refundable only where required by law. Warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover misuse or unauthorized modifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, DevLens Premium and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by interfering with their normal operation, attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering where prohibited, or using the Services to infringe the rights of others.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

We process personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy for details about collection, use, retention, and your choices, including cookie preferences managed below.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms, legal compliance, or risk to the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction lie in Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
